Joy Media Beijing purchased the rights to broadcast the second season of the animated series Space Doctor Cat. Next spring, the people of China will be able to see it on the largest streaming platforms in Chinese.
The new season is a musical 2D-animated series. The puppet characters try on some new looks. Season Two is comprised of ten episodes packed with funny and educational songs and simple dance moves easy to follow for kids of any age. The songs tell about the basics of healthy lifestyle, the importance of following the rules of hygiene and doing your morning exercises. They also help to go to sleep with a tender lullaby.
Joy Media Beijing purchased the right to broadcast the first season of Space Doctor Cat earlier this year. Millions of young viewers are watching the series on nine large streaming platforms and TV channels: IQIYI, Xiaomi, Huahong, Huawei, Hongmofang, Watermelon video, TVJOY, Fujian provincial Cable company. With the self-isolation period and the pandemic, the season premiere was pushed from spring to fall 2020.
In Russia, the animated series is available for watching on the platform CHILL, the series’ official Instagram page, and on the Russian TV channel Mult i Muzyka; and for listening – on Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, YouTube music, Deezer, TikTok, Boom, Joox, Zed+, Gracenote, Spinlet, Zvooq, Boomplay Music, Shazam, Yandex music.
Space Doctor Cat started selling licensed products. The first ones to hit the market are New Year holiday season DIY kits which you can buy in the trading center Tsvetnoy, the shop Hey Baby, and in the online store Fun4Mom.
